But results varied by age group. The findings suggest that among those between the ages of 18 and 29, 70% said passengers should be allowed to play electronic games while on the runway, while 24% said you should not, and 6% had no opinion. Yet 56% of Americans 65 and over said you should not be allowed to play electronic games on a plane while awaiting take-off. In that age group, 21% said you should and 23% did not have an opinion. The 30 Rock star appeared during the show's Weekend Update segment dressed as an American Airlines pilot. In the sketch, he apologized for having Baldwin removed from the flight, referring to the actor as "an American treasure" and "a smart hero."
